Bubble Bobble Bust-a-Move DS on WiFi
I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this is exactly the type of game that's meant for online play.
Now let me explain.
When people get online to play games, they are looking for great gameplay with real people, not some A.I.. The problem that seems to keep occuring is that someone with too much time on their hands finds away around the rules of the game and, like in the Matrix, does things that aren't possible. Or at least not supposed to be.
As games become more complex, these loopholes become easier to find. A lot of these loopholes can also be done offline, but you reallly can't reach through the modem and smack some guy 3,000 miles away.
So what interests me more are games that are truly fair. Take out the possibility of cheap moves and hidden tricks completely. Truly pit a player against a player.
I didn't mention anything about Bust-a-Move's gameplay because it just came out. But I think I'm going to pick up a copy for me and Nicole. If it's all I hope it is, I'm going to have a lot of trouble wrestling it away from her.
