Best Memories

Okay, here's one for the both of us. What are some of the best memories you have playing games? In order of age:

1. Playing Pong (barely remember).
   
2. Competing with my family in Yar's Revenge, Pitfall, Warlords, Tank.
   
3. Being jealous of everyone else's NES.
   
4. Getting my own NES.
   
5. Renting Zelda: A Link to the Past with Rich.
   
6. Massive rental "returns" thanks to the GameGenie.
   
7. Staying up till dawn beating a rented Super Mario World. The first time I played it.
   
8. Touching a Sega Genesis controller and hating it.
   
9. Handing over the cash I saved up for a used SNES.
   
10. Starfox!
    
11. NBA Jam sessions with Cullers, Otis, and Cales.
    
12. Making it past the first round of the first GamePro/Blockbuster video game competition.
    
13. Getting accepted to DigiPen, then not being able to afford it. :(
    
14. GoldenEye and Perfect Dark late night sessions with Otis, Jaque, and Cullers.
    
15. License tests and race mods in Gran Turismo 1.
    
16. Myst and Myth (on a 28.8k modem online!)
    
17. Buying a GameCube on launch, playing twenty minutes, then going to Sunday church.
    
18. Getting my NES/SNES collections back.
    
19. Getting my Atari collection back.
    
20. All of us getting XBoxes just to play Halo LAN.
    
21. Burnout 3 on XBox Live, the only game I ever enjoyed playing on Live.

That's pretty much where I am today in terms of monumental moments in gaming. I left out beating fantastic games or insane moments in games. Maybe I'll come up with a games "Best of..." later.
