Gran Turismo: The Car MMORPG
This post came up on Kotaku about existing games being made into online RPGs.
Personally, I think Myst and Myth would make fantastic RPGs. Especially Myth!
The it hit me. Gran Turismo needs to be an role playing game. The thought alone gives me bed sores just thinking about sitting that long. Just think of it: free roaming like Need for Speed with club races and track meets, garages for shopping, road side motels for sleeping, kids at home wondering why daddy doesn't love them. 
Hell, they could even have that last part in the game too!
There's an upcoming game for the 360 that's trying to do this. The bad news: It's a Test Drive game. The last time one of those was good, 'Hard Drivin' was the graphical benchmark.
