Failing to Connect

Excited as I was to get my 360 back, I have yet to play Gears, or any other game, on Live with one of my best friends.

What's the problem?

We never share the same work schedule. Or wife/girlfriend schedule. Two very important schedules.

How is Live supposed to help me maintain friendships if it isn't on in our brains 24/7? Hmm?
