Wii Help Kids
Seems that gaming needs a little boost in the media lately.
Kotaku posted up about a Flickr stream of Matt Clark and how his brother, born with cerebral palsy can now play games and interact with his sister using a Wii. I don't think this could have happened with any other console than the Wii. It's truly interactive and engaging. At just $200, every hospital should have at least one for terminally ill children.
Watch this space in November when I post up about Child's Play, a multimillion dollar charity founded by gamers, where gamers take care of kids all over the world by buying toys and video games for kids. That's right...kids that shoot aliens in religious buildings then all go out and buy toys for sick kids.
We are truly the world's devils.
