Broken Controller: I Almost Forgot

Seriously, I almost forgot that I sent Microsoft a broken 360 controller. Routing around my desk I found my packing slip from October 11. So, then I realized I haven't heard anything from them since it got to their shop.

Where the hell is my controller MS?
