An Introduction
Hello to anyone who might actually be reading this. Pretty soon you will be getting my two cents on this great gaming world of ours and what it has to offer. I've been playing games as far as I can remember. Being almost 33 now, I can remember way back in time going to my friends house across the street and playing Intellivision. What?....What is that you say? The funny thing is, is that I almost remember it clearly. Playing Pong or Tennis with the paddle controllers. I feel like it wasn't that long ago. And then I remeber them moving up to Atari and then Nintendo. This is about where I come in finally owning my own system. Aww, Nintendo...you were the best. Then of course moving through every system, Super Nintendo, Genesis, Turbo Graffix, Gameboy, N64, Xbox, etc. I never was a big fan of the Playstation though. I never owned one or the PS2. In my heart I am a Nintendo fan, but most of my time is spent with my best friend, the Xbox 360.
With a recent subscription to GameFly, I feel I have played more games in the last six months, than in the whole two years or so of having the 360. I must admit GameFly is quite possibly one of the best things you could have, if you are a gamer. I love my local game store as much as the next guy, but at $60 a pop and 1/4 of that for trade in, even playing half the new games you really like that come out can get a little expensive. So because of this, I'm sure you'll get my opinion on many games. With my main interest in first/third person, action/adventure, and some RPG, you should get a decent variety.
I hope I got you hooked on the Wii playing Excite Truck and Boomblox.
