New DLC
Almost as quick as we heard about it the new Cops and Robbers content for Burnout Paradise for 800 points. I did purchase the add-on cars, but I don’t know if I will make this purchase. The game was good but certain parts I could do without. I don’t know if this add-on could be good enough to pry me away from my CoD time. On the other hand I do have some points burning a hole in my pocket.
Speaking of DLC, new content for CoD: World at War was announced. Answer this question. Why should I buy DLC bland game? Too get a variety of the blandness, maybe! I will not pay for new maps for this game. The maps can be awesome but the game play will always be mediocre. CoD: WaW is the retarded stepbrother to Modern warfare. Sure it’s almost a cookie cutter, but it’s about ten percent different. And that ten percent is what is wrong with it. Let’s take ten percent of goodness out of something good.
Here are some examples:
All you have is a cracker if you take the sugar out of a cookie.
Remove HD from a TV, now you’ve got that TV you played Atari on.
Can you drive a car without a steering wheel?
If you replace Mario with a gorilla would the game have been the same? Wait a minute they did that didn’t they?
Well you get the point. WaW is not worth my time or my points.
You make spell check and grammar check sad :(
ReplyDeleteSeriously, type this up in Word or something first!
800 points is a bit stiff for what is essentially and fluffy version of a mode that already exists in the game, Marked Man, but it changes every time a "tag" is made. 200 points, maybe.
I'm holding out for the Big Surf Island addition. But labeling it as "premium content" makes my wallet sad.
There are a lot of sad things right now.
