Pacific City Still Not Pacified in Crackdown 2 [Crackdown 2]

Are you going to play Crackdown 2? Is it worth it if the game is in the same city even though they are claiming it will be updated. Exploring the city looking for orbs was half the fun in the game. Maybe more than half. The story, to me, was pretty much non existent until the very end, but I wonder how much they'll expand on that ever so little hint plot. What was it...the commentator/announcer/hq diector was using you to help really take over Pacific City?
