Call of Duty = Sexist?

If this is modern, where are the women soldiers characters? There aren't any in the story campaign or online. There aren't even any voice overs in multiplayer that call out "Hardcore Team Deathmatch" before the rounds start.

  1. You're right! I understand why there weren't a lot of female active soldiers in the WWII Call of Duties (since women weren't allowed to serve back then), but there should have been in Modern Warfare 2 since women are allowed to fight. Even in World at War there should have been more female characters. The Soviets actually allowed women to fight in WWII, usually as nurses, snipers, and anti-aircraft gunners. The only female characters in the Call of Duty series I can think of are Sophia (Nazi Zombies), Samantha (Dr. Maxis's daughter in Nazi zombies), and the female helicopter pilot in Call of Duty 4, the Russian women you get to kill in the airport, and they all had very minor roles in the game except for Samantha, who is responsible for the magical box, and the teddy bear.
