Mario Kart DS

Nintendo does one thing right that no one else has seemed to have been able to duplicate: they make hit franchises repeat themselves.

And who else has a 16-bit generation game that still fetches $40 on eBay?

Mario Kart DS may not ever see the gradeur that Legend of the Seven Stars did, but Nintendo's first foray into online gaming, on a handheld no less, is still sitting pretty..umm...pretty.

They brought back the fast graphics, tight controls, and gloriously jaw clenching weapons. Releasing a blue-winged-spiked shell upon some guy a few thousand miles away couldn't have been any better of a feeling.

Just give me some more control on that online friend list and I'll totally forget about your rediculously strong eBay values, Nintendo.
